Nolla is a Belgian company focused on creating eco-friendly, plastic-free personal care products like natural deodorants, solid soaps, and shampoos. Their mission is to reduce plastic usage in bathrooms, using sustainable packaging and high-quality ingredients. Nolla Care products are designed to be effective and cater to various skin types while promoting a greener lifestyle. The name “Nolla,” meaning “zero” in Finnish, symbolises their goal of eliminating plastic waste in personal care.
After launching the brand a few years ago with his own design, Gauthier, the founder of Nolla, approached DesignRepublic with a clear and ambitious brief: “I want a radical redesign, keeping only the name ‘Nolla’.” He envisioned a bold and striking look that would break away from conventional design standards in the industry. Gauthier also wanted the branding to be versatile, suitable for both online and in-store sales, and adaptable across various products.
